Pipeline Prefabrication

We offer comprehensive construction of piping systems (ballast, fuel, fire protection, exhaust, and more) based on customer documentation or provided designs.

1. Bent Sections and Fittings

We specialize in precision cold bending of pipes (CNC bending machines):

  • Diameter range: from Ø18 mm (1.5 mm wall) to Ø219.1 mm (12.5 mm wall) – for other wall thicknesses, we perform test bends.

  • Types: bent elbows (angles 5°–180°), flat and three-dimensional offsets, bent tees.

  • Bending radius: standard 1.5D, 2D, 2.5D, and according to individual tables for carbon and stainless steel

2. Straight Sections and Reducers

We manufacture straight sections up to 12 m long and with diameters up to DN1200:

  • Symmetrical and asymmetrical reducers.

  • Sections with double reducers.

3. Pipe Connectors

We manufacture straight, angled, bent, and insert pipe connectors:

  • Pipe-in-pipe or pipe-on-pipe installation.

  • Precise hole cutting with oxy-fuel or plasma torches (shape cutting).

4. Alternatives to bending

For large diameters (up to DN1200), we offer:

  • Hamburg elbows

  • Segmented elbows

Gratings and Structures

We manufacture gratings (pressed and profiled) in accordance with DIN 24537.

  • Materials: S235JR steel, stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4571), GRP.

  • Accompanying structures: platforms, stairs, handrails, shipping containers.

  • Finish: full maintenance (hot-dip galvanizing, painting).

Maintenance Services

We also offer repairs and replacement of existing pipelines – either based on customer documentation, provided designs or templates, or based on our own measurements based on the vessel’s current situation.

Our company offers advanced welding solutions for the most demanding industries (Oil & Gas, Marine, Chemical). We combine years of experience with comprehensive technological support and certification from recognized bodies such as DNV, TüV, LR, BV, ABS, RINA, PRS, and UDT.

Welding Technologies and Certifications

We have a wide database of qualified welding procedures (WPQR), allowing us to begin prefabrication immediately without the need for additional qualification testing. Our approved procedures include:

  • Homogeneous Materials:
    • Carbon steels (CS) and high-alloy steels (stainless/austenitic).
    • Duplex ferritic-austenitic steels.
    • Copper-nickel alloys (CuNiFe/Cunifer).
  • Dissimilar Metal Welds:
    •  Mixed joints: carbon steel + stainless steel.
    •  Specialized joints: carbon steel + CuNiFe.     

Welding Methods

We carry out our work in accordance with the highest quality standards (ISO 3834 / EN 1090) using the following methods:

141 (TIG): Ideal for pipelines and precision components made of CuNiFe and stainless steel.

135 / 136 / 138 (MAG): High-performance welding of structural and high-alloy steels with solid and flux-cored wires.

Diagnostics and NDT Testing

We provide comprehensive quality control through certified NDT personnel:

Surface testing: VT (visual), MT (magnetic particle), PT (penetrant).

Volumetric testing: RT (radiographic), UT (ultrasonic).

System integrity: Leak testing and pressure (hydrostatic) testing.
